My wife Mrs Parimalaadevi had a very good experience with Dr.N.S.Saradha, Gynaecologists., Sims Hospital in her Uterus Removal Surgery by Laproscopy. She made her very comfortable (Mother Care) during surgery and her recovery was also very fast. I strongly recommend Dr.N.S.Saradha for safe treatment .
Dr Sharadha is the doctor I consulted for my health issues with respect to gyno. She’s an amazing doctor who is very organised and follows the right protocol. A very disciplined physician who is very particular about service to patients and not money minded. I liked her approach throughout my visits. She’s a very resourceful person. After lots of research and good recommendations from a friend, I decided to fly from New Zealand to Chennai to get a Hysterectomy at SIMS. Saw Dr N. S Saradha( Gynaecologist) on Monday, 4th March and explained my condition and let her know that I would like the procedure done at the earliest as I needed to get back to NZ.
All my tests were performed in the next two days and Robotic Hysterectomy was finalised on the 8th March at 7am. We went to the hospital on the 7th march in the evening at 8pm, and the surgery was performed by Dr Saradha and her team on 8th March at 7am. The surgery was successful , my recovery was fast and was discharged on the 9th March.
Would like to offer my heartfelt gratitude to Dr Saradha and her team for making a quick diagnosis, followed by the surgery and ensuring even a quicker recovery.
I was able to fly back to NZ in three weeks after two follow-up appointments.
All the services were excellent, and my only complaint is that I tried to get in touch with the hospital international department several times and they replied once after I reached Chennai.
Would have appreciated and felt at ease if I knew what I could expect.
The billing procedure needs lot of improvement as even though we were paying privately, the wait was ridiculous.

My wife maternity treatment and delivery was at sims hospital vadapalani and consulted by gynaecologist Dr Mrs Saradha. We had a nice experience and treatment was well . Doctors and staffs are very co operative and each time they ensure to clearing patients doubts and they are very caring too . Rooms are very clean and neat and we feel it hygiene every corner of the hospital inside premises . Our family family is very happy and we refer sims services and facility our Freinds and family . Once again thanks to Saradha madam,sathiya madam(paediatrician)and all the staff’s.
Met with Dr Saradha, gynecologist. Absolutely terrible experience. SIMS doctors probably take a cut by always suggesting random tests. Doctor does not know how to speak with patients, lacks patience, and does not speak with basic respect. SIMS needs to teach their doctors how to communicate with empathy to patients. Reading 4 books and having 5 titles does not make you a doctor. You need empathy and humility. I do not see that in Dr Saradha. Highly disappointed. I strongly suggest she retire this attitude
